Support Terms

Except as otherwise stated in your Numetric Order Form, Numetric, Inc.(“Company”) will provide Technical Support to Customer via telephone, online chat, and electronic mail on weekdays during the hours of 8:00 am through 5:00 pm Mountain time, with the exclusion of the following Federal/Company Holidays:

  • New Year’s Day
  • Memorial Day
  • July 4th
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving and day after Thanksgiving
  • Christmas Eve
  • Christmas Day‍

Customer may initiate a help desk ticket during Support Hours via telephone or online chat, or any time by emailing support@numetric.com. Company will use commercially reasonable efforts to respond to all Help desk tickets within one (1) business day.
